FAQ

WHEN CAN I CHECK IN AND OUT?

You can check in from 3.00pm, when your room is guaranteed to be ready. If you will be arriving during the night (after 2.00am), we would be grateful if you could let us know in advance. Please check out on your day of departure by 11.00am.

WHEN DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE SPA?

You have access to the spa from 3.00pm the day you arrive to 3.00pm on the day you depart. A luggage room and changing room are available at the hotel.

WHEN IS THE SPA OPEN?

Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 7.00pm.

WHAT DOES THE SPA ENTRY CHARGE INCLUDE?

Swimming in the heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam/dry saunas, relaxation suite and outdoor hot springs. You also have access to the gym and activity sessions, subject to availability. In summer, you can also swim in our heated outdoor pool.

WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN BOOK SPA TREATMENTS?

As early as possible, and preferably at least 1 month before arrival.

CAN TWO TREATMENTS BE GIVEN AT THE SAME TIME IN THE SAME ROOM?

No. Only our luxury bath is suitable for two people. All other treatments are for one person per room.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT THE HOTEL AND SPA?

Children are naturally welcome in the hotel in general, but the minimum age in our spa facility is 16 years. Children are welcome to use our outdoor heated pool in summer.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A LIFT?

Yes, we do have a lift that will give you access to most of our hotel, but not every room si accessible by lift so please let us know before arriving if you have trouble walking in stairs so we can allocate a suitable room for you.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE PARKING?

Yes, we have a free outdoor car park on site. Our security contractors patrol frequently at night.

ARE DOGS WELCOME?

Yes, in some of our rooms, with a supplement of SEK 200 per night.

DO I NEED TO BOOK A TABLE IN THE RESTAURANT?

If you have booked a package that includes dinner, you are guaranteed a table at one of the sittings. To be sure of getting the time you prefer, we recommend that you book in advance. We have sittings 6.00-9.00pm. Our Vitas brasserie serves food all day

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN DINNER?

A two- or three-course set menu, depending on the package, created by our kitchen according to season. If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know in good time before you arrive.

ARE THERE LACTOSE-FREE OR VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?

Yes, just let us know when booking so we are well prepared. Please also let us know also in advance if you have any allergies, are pregnant – or anything else our kitchen should know about.

IS LUNCH SERVED AT THE HOTEL?

Yes, we offer a dish of the day on weekdays. Our Spa Café also serves light café food during the day.
