In the evening, Gildas welcomes you to an Italian dining experience filled with heart and tradition. From the moment you arrive, the impressions set the tone — the scent of rosemary, basil and sun-ripened tomatoes greets you the second you step through the doors. The stern maître d’ in a black suit is nowhere to be seen; instead, you’re welcomed by warm, familiar calls from both servers and chefs, all busy in their own way yet completely present. Here we enjoy beloved pasta dishes, finish with a tiramisu, and perhaps a grappa from the classic grappa trolley. A warm, lively evening — and an experience to remember.
