FRIDAY
Check in 17.00–18.00.
We meet 18:30 and go through this evening's menu and about our choice of drinks and beverages to dinner.
Thereafter we enjoy a 4 course dinner presented by our chef.
Saturday
After a nice breakfast we gather around 11.00, you will be equipped with a map of local area of Österlen.
You then embark on a journey to collect ingredients for the evenings cooking class, the stops will depend entirely on the season.
We care about the environment and always try to use local ingredients and get inspiration from the flavors of the season.
We will gather again at four o'clock in the hotel where our chefs will take care of you the rest of the evening.
Sunday
Lovely breakfast and perhaps a walk on the beach.
The whole trip with drinks, food and accommodation - from SEK 2 200/ person in standard room.
